Yes, we need access to both a water source (outdoor spigot or hose bib) and a standard power outlet. We bring everything else: pressure washer, all chemicals, and equipment. Just make sure both are accessible before we arrive.

It depends on the service. A basic interior refresh runs about 1 hour. A full interior + exterior package takes 3–4 hours. Ceramic coating or paint correction can take a full day. Exact times are shown on the booking page for each service.

Full refund with 48+ hours notice. 50% of the deposit is kept for cancellations within 24-48 hours. Under 24 hours, the deposit is non-refundable. No-shows forfeit the deposit. Life happens. Just communicate and we'll work with you.

Nope. As long as we have access to the vehicle and a safe space to work, you're free to do your thing. We'll send a text when we arrive and when we're done.

Cash, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, and all major cards. A 15% deposit is collected at booking; the remainder is due when the job is complete.

Interior-only services can usually proceed in any weather. For exterior work, we need dry conditions to ensure the best results. If rain is forecasted, we'll reach out to reschedule at no penalty to you.
